Nylon Mesh (Nylon Filter Mesh / Nylon Screen Mesh)
Nylon Mesh Features
Nylon filter mesh is also called nylon bolting cloth. It made of mono-filament PA6 or PA66 yarn/thread (1:1 weaving method, plain weave), which is ideal for straining, sieving or filtering most liquids, powders or sludges.
Our nylon filter mesh has passed food grade test and can be used for the collection of algae & cels, particle analysis & filtration, paint monitoring, medical filtration(blood filtration), etc.
1.Material: Nylon (PA6/PA66), strong toughness, wear resistance, and lightweight
2.Acid and Alkali Resistance: Corrosion resistant, more suitable for weak acid and weak alkali environments than metal mesh
3.Good Toughness: Not easily broken, impact resistant, and tensile resistant
4.Rust-Free: Does not oxidize after long-term use in humid and underwater environments
5.Uniform Mesh Size: Stable screening accuracy and consistent filtration effect
6.Smooth Surface: Not easy to accumulate material, easy to clean
7.Low Cost: Cheaper than stainless steel mesh, lighter in weight
8.Good Insulation: Non-conductive, suitable for electrical and anti-static applications
9.Temperature Resistance: Typically withstands temperatures of approximately 50-80℃, short-term withstands up to 100-120℃, but prone to deformation at high temperatures.
